The Over 40's travelled through the Tyne Tunnel to take on Darsley Park still looking for that first elusive league win

However, it wasn't happening in this game as United found themselves 6-0 down at half time after a very poor opening 40 minutes

Playing for pride, the lads kept going and got a consolation in the 55th minute when Macer Green latched onto a pass by Andrew Nockels. Macer's quick feet seen him sit the keeper down and Macer went around him and placed it into the empty net

Darsley Park added their 7th goal late on to take the 3 points with United ruing such a bad opening 40 minutes

Roll on next week!
