United took on Plains Farm hoping to continue the recent good form but a below par performance in the opening exchanges gave United too high a mountain to climb

It was 1-0 after just two minutes when a long kick from the keeper freed the striker, who looked offside which wasn't given, and he found the back of the net

It got worse on 10 minutes when a loose pass by United went straight to a Plains Farm player who converted again

Two goals in two minutes killed the game off after a through ball was put into the net then a minute later a low cross was converted with a rabona effort. 4-0

United then started to play some football and got a goal back on 20 minutes when a Chris Wasey free kick ended up at Chris Sproats feet. The keeper made the save but it fell to Steve Walls who smashed it home to give United hope

Plains Farm regained their 4 goal cushion on the half hour when another suspicious offside goal was awarded and at the break it was 5-1

United scored the only goal of the second half, well Plains Farm did, as another Chris Wasey free kick was this time turned into their own net by a Plains Farm defender and this week United couldn't manage the heroics of the other week and had to settle for defeat 5-2
