United took on Jarrow looking to keep the 100% league record intact.

It didn't start great for United after Alfie hit the bar the lads found themselves 2-0 down after 10 minutes as the United lads were caught napping

Thankfully United came to life and came storming back and went 3-2 up after 3 good goals from Jamie x 2 and Lewis

End to end football followed with United looking good going forward but not looking so good defending as a team

Before United knew it they were 4-3 down!

United then stepped back up and turned the game back around to go in at half time 6-4 up!

What a crazy half of football which was all end to end and a lot of long ball which doesn’t suit United as the lads are a better football team than that and are good when the lads pass the ball but thankfully the United strikers were on song.

Jamie grabbed a first half impressive hattrick and could have had more and was always a threat and stood up well to the constant fouls - and deserved man of the match award probably for just his first half performance

Lewis grabbed two goals too with one from the spot won by Jamie to keep his impressive start to the season going and Josh curled a lovely goal into the top corner from the edge of the box following up on a saved Harry M effort

Second half was a lot different and it looked like United would win the game with a single second half goal which was a well taken by an Alfie free kick from the edge of the box giving the keeper no chance until a last minute penalty gave Jarrow a 5th goal

The game ended 7-5 to United and another 3 points against a decent team
