United took on the same team they did in their last match and that finished 0-0 so to come away with a 5-0 defeat is disappointing.

RCA had the first two opportunities in the first two minutes with both shots going wide of the post. Mason the had United's first chance shooting straight at the keeper

On 4 minutes a cross into the box was met wit a volley which Oliver kept out and it went for a corner. The corner came in and was eventually hit home from close range. 0-1

Mason then had a shot tipped wide after 7 minutes and on 12 minutes Oliver made a great diving save.

Some lovely football after 13 minutes seen Riley play the ball up the line to Ethan who played it into the box to Luca but his shot was blocked and within seconds Riley went for a long range high effort but the keeper managed to gather at the second attempt.

Ollie then had a couple of shots which both went wide but United fell further behind after 20 minutes when a shot from the right went across Oliver and in off the far post. 0-2

It got worse just before half time for United as a corner was met with a good header which went into the net. 0-3

The second half started the same as the first with RCA shooting wide twice in the opening few minutes before the RCA keeper pulled off another two great saves after a good run by Ethan he save a shot from Luca and the follow up really well

On 36 minutes RCA were awarded a free kick which instead of shooting direct at goal they passed it square into the box and it was placed into the net to make it 0-4

United had a couple more opportunities with Thomas shooting wide and Ollie making the RCA keeper pull off another great save

Oliver though was also making good saves and kept another effort out on 42 minutes but kept his best save until 44 minutes with a shot which was destined for the top corner until Oliver leapt across to make a superb diving one handed save tipping it around the post

However the resultant corner came in and the wind took it goalwards. Oliver tipped it onto the post but it naturally fell to a RCA player who made it 0-5 from close range

Thomas the had the last 3 chances in the game but his first after a great run went at the keeper with the second also being saved and the third going wide. It just wasn't meant to be for United today but a great effort from all the lads
