United took on Silksworth Park for the first time this season hoping to make it 5 league wins in a row and the lads did that comfortably
United controlled the opening exchanges and had some chances to go in front but didn't take them. It was the 20th minute before United took the lead when Corey Bell (and everyone else apart from the referee) thought he had scored but the ball came back out and with quick reactions Corey pulled the ball back to Chris Sproat who scored his first of the morning
United were still dominant but it took until the 40th minute to double their lead when Chris Sproat added his second with a superb volley after a cross from Theo Weiss
A minute later and it was 3-0 when the keeper saved Jordan Monson's effort but it fell to the feet of Anth Young who calmly slotted home. 3-0
Silksworth Park started the second half better but United extended their lead just before the hour when Chris Wasey's corner was converted by Chris Sproat's head/shoulder to net his hattrick and the fourth for United
Silksworth pulled a goal back on 66 minutes but on 75 minutes Dan Armstrong set up Chris Sproat who added his 4th and United's 5th
It was 5-2 two minutes later but with 6 minutes left United regained their 4 goal cushion when Gaz Downes set up Anth Young who added his second of the game
The action wasn't finished though as Silksworth added a third goal with 4 minutes left but in the last minute a trademark run by Theo Weiss seen him convert and end the game at 7-3
Great win and upto 3rd in the league
